just to add my knowledge
V-13 was pattern aircraft for the C-Series, also called Fw 190 C-0 powered with DB603A werknr. 0036
V-16 also pattern aircraft for C-series, ,called C-0 but powered with DB603G werknr. 0038

V-15 also pattern aircraft for C-series,called C-0 , similar to V-13 but equipped with Druckkabine

V-17 also pattern aircraft for C-series, but called C-1

infos taken from Nowarra" Focke-Wulf Fw190-Ta152 entwicklung Technik Einsatz"

I`d guess that is a Fiat G.50V (DB-601 engined Freccia)
