Dora railway gun D311 question

Hello.I am a new member and I was hoping someone may recognize a piece I have been having difficulty finding info on. I am building a 1/35 scale 80cm Dora railway gun along with the ammo cars and D311 diesel electric locomotives. The gun was a kit but the locomotives and wagons are scratch built. I am trying to build the electricity coupler which goes from the D311 to the ammo wagons and then to the gun itself. The only pic I have been able to find is difficult to see much detail and I was wondering if anyone recognizes it and perhaps may have more info. The electric coupler is circled in yellow. Also included video of the diorama to date as well as a few period pics. Thank you for any info!!
