How about rotation of this gun placed as usual on eastern front in earth digged emplacement without concrete base? Old local guys from my area where was one of 15,5 cm gun batteries said that gun was put on big metal frame with rotation function. This is for sure a description of schwere Drehbettung. But it was similar device as for concrete emplacement or different bottom frame with some teeth to fix it to ground?

I think it is a gun abandoned by the French, possibly in the Vosges or Jura region in May-June 1940.
