Here an example of partially prefabricated Ringstand: walls made of concrete blocks (holes for steel bars) and ceiling beams with additional concrete layer on top.

Very interesting drawing. In Denmark we have hundreds of MG-bunkers (the so-called IS-Stände) and other buildings made of concrete blocks with the same dimensions (50*25*15cm). I have never seen concrete blocks with those dimensions at other places.
But it may be coincidence. The holes in the blocks are different too. The blocks in Denmark normally have 3 holes Ø50mm in the center line.
The ceiling beams look like Hoyerbalken, but they may also be traditionally-armed prefab concrete beams. At least this is the case in some IS-Stande in Denmark.

The tobruk from Jazote looks a lot like the Kretabauweise , stone base and walls and a upperpart from concrete .

Usage of sewage pipes as splitterschutz (foxhole/deckungsloch?) and cover for a :stellung vor dem vor..........
