Found one link on the Polish ones, lot of similarities, but different door split/hinges.

Hi Josef, it is a Belgian "Abri" (infantry block) with a bigger cupola for observation and LMG. Some of them were rebuilt to artillery observation posts later.

Kurt, I have to check for the first one.
But the second one is Todt, you can see the lufterpilz above the right guy.
And the last one is the 105c of Vert.Ber. Vlissingen (Stp. Helgoland).
