A 32 cm K(E) 651(f) (ex-320 mm Mle 70-84) or a 32 cm K(E) 651/1(f) (ex-320 mm Mle 70-30) in Italy of the E 459, E 691 or E 693 .

Re: french railway gun
Looking at the other photo's with a 40 cm H (E) 752 (f) , the E 693 could be a good option ??

Jos,
Yes, indeed. The only unit that operated both (and successively) 40 cm (f) and 32 cm (f) was E.693.

Hi all,
An image of an 400mm St. Chamond railway howitzer. I am not sure if a WW1-era image or if the image was taken in WW2....

Re: french railway gun
Hi uwe,
The pictures have been taken at Bourges in France.
1) French "Danish" coastal howitzer: "Mortier de 293 mm "Danois" sur affût-truck Mle 1914 Schneider". The gun and the mounting are carried on twodifferent railcars on your picture.
2)
3) 320 mm Mle 1917 "sur affût à glissement Schneider".
4) The guns look like the carriages of 75 mm CA Mle 1932 anti-aircraft guns.
