Hi - other than the numbering issue which is strange (last two number do look like 77) - based on what looks to be the more modern 6 wheeled truck configuration in the picture, perhaps it could also be the 305 Mle 1906/10?

Epoch3, you're onto something.
Guy François in "Les Canons de la Victoire" (Tome 2 - page 62) indeed indicates that the carriage numbers 3075 to 3080 (thus, including 3077) were used for the 305 mm Mle 1906 and 1906-10 but does not specify which carriage numbers are for which type.

It's either a 320mm Mle 1870-84 or a Mle 1870-30.

Here a other French railway gun with the name Breslau and a different gun as the one we know with the name Breslau.
Must have more a function for store the French railway guns on German railway yards ?? ( Breslau, Ulm and Furth ) eBay

in CAMO 500/12474/306 (frames 074 und 077) you can find infos about more french Railwayguns
