Not Luftwaffe, the national egale on the helmets is the Heer or Kriegsmarine design. The cut of the fatique jacket does not look the ones issued to the Heer so I would suggest Kriegsmarine.

The vertical cylindrical part at the end of the arm extending from the barrel dos not seem very common if you compared with other pictures on this thread. I only saw it on the picture of the Finnish gun posted by John Hilly on 26 June 2010 (page 1 of this thread).
