Hi Men,

I didn´t think, that is a B-Werk because the distance between turret an "Flettner" is to short- also the B-Werke didn´t have heating with a stove- so they have a warm-water and climatic-heating with air

And at the left corner we see a corner of the back-wall from the entrance. I think it is a SK from the Orscholz Riegel.

In the evening I will post a photo which is looking like this.

BRegards
Markus

Here we have a picture of a SK in the Orscholz-Riegel.

There where built 4 SK- Bunkers with Sechsschartenturm and "Hohlganganschluss"- all were blown up after the war
and no remains are left... only a few concret pieces like potatoes...

We have no drawings from the SK´s...

Only this picture from one.

The 6-schartenturm also has the castingnumber "in the scharte" i have seen this more in the WW, but i believe not in the A-Wall.
Was this place for the castingnumber on the later produced turrets placed in a different place, because of the Schartes?

In addition to Markus last note and the attached image from 1945:

In Sebastian Kirch's book about the Orscholz Riegel, there are two drawings of Regelbau 411a, that shall have been the standard design bunker type over there (see attachment). There were plans to connect those Sechsschartenturmbunkers one to each other.

Regards

Daniel

Nice!
Looks like a small 501 with a "little kick" on top!
Is a late Westwall type?
Never heard of a 411a.
Is the Orscholz Riegel still worthwhile visiting.
Greetings Jack.

Hi Moonraker,

Normally, there must be two HES 1,2 for the turret- perhaps we have here- in order of the combinate "Bereitschaftsraum" with the lower turret room without enough place in - only one HES 2,4... I didn´t know it.

Best regards
Markus

Hi Jos,

This should be Regelbau 10a- but I can`t see if it had a "Kampfstand" or not.

Best Regards
