hello jos, and all others of course

you will also find such a "Doppelschartenstand" aswell in norway, used for shore defence with a 5 cm KwK.
Build In Vf - with a connection trench and a small shletre in addition.

greetings

Bonjour
it's Sa 17 ,and if you look well, just in front the scharten you can see a R600 !
I think it was built first and they make Doppelschartenstand after to protect KwK
I have seen same at Nz 1 and Ar 48

Thank you all for your awnser's , so this model is not a local

hi all,
here's the drawing of the one in stp. gr. callantsoog.
it was built in WN 23 and holds baunr. 3332.
it's not quite the same as the one on the picture,
one side has the KWK scharte, (covering the north side) the other side is for an MG.
the entrance is quite the same do.
in my opinion this is the most beautiful bunker built in holland....
it's sad that 99%\ of the flanking bunkers in holland are gone :(

by the way, in the dawa sonderband 5 there's also some nice information and drawings about these bunkers.

is there anyone who knows if there were more of these built in holland?
would be nice to make some sort of database........
gr, tim

i wonder how the drawings of these bunkers where spread along the atlantikwall?
should that been done by the fest. pioniere? or wehrgeologen?
they where the ones who decided what bunker should be built where right?

There is 2 other
Wn 82 at Géfosse in Normandy with a tobrouk add (not include but add)
Av ? plage St Marguerite without tobrouk
Ar 48 and Nz 1 are without tobrouk
I don't remember where but in my archive I have one draw of a doppelschartenstande with a tobrouk for Ft17 on the seaside
I'll look tomorow if nobody put it on topic
