I'd say it is indeed Le Portel airfield near Boulogne. We can see a destroyed hangar and possibly a control tower. Sturm's and your picture were sold in the same series by the seller last year.

The caption says that it is a KM coastal batterie on the Normandy coast. So, it could be in Le Havre, Cherbourg (Molenbatterie) or Néville (Blankenese).

I cannot read the date but it could help narrow down the location.

The first pictures in this topic is bergen/ holland .I am not 100% .manny years back ,a picture book was sold on Marktplaat .This is a dutch 2de hand site ware you can sell thinks.Beautifull pictures .but it was sold voor 300 euro s or so.Don t no who is the oner.If i am wrong and the oner reads this, please show us the album because the pictures are wurth showing the world .

Possible at Cap de la Heve ( Le Havre ) same Ebay picture as the one on page 4 from Sturm78 .
