The gun on the 2nd picture looks like a mountain "Obice da 100/17 mod.16 towed by a Pavesi tractor.

The first gun is a 149mm Krupp Obice da 149/12 and the second one is a standard 10cm Skoda Obice da 100/17 Mod 14

My mistake for the 100/17 mod. 16. It is of course a modello 14.
