Two Ebay picture's of the 12 cm gun , looks not only the gun is French .

Looks to me , but I am not a specialist that the sheepskin jackets are also French .

Battery at Bretteville near Cherbourg.

Same location as the picture posted by Sturm78 on 01 Jun 2013 which was actually not the training battery at Querqueville (unlike what I wrote in 2013). If it were Querqueville we would see part of the harbor of Cherbourg in the background and not the hills that close.

This battery is mentioned in this German document of August 1940 as Bretteville-Bar instead of Bretteville-Bas. :lol:

Hello everyone,

Behind the book made by Alain Chazette "Calais, 5 batteries to defend an harbour", there is a colour pictures from a propaganda video, made at this place... It is the same cameraman !
