I gather that it is now in Damien Horn's museum on St. Ouen's Bay.

Hi all,

A couple of photos of a Schartenscheinwerfer at Stp. Rotenstein (Fort Hommet) Guernsey. It looks like they were surplus to requirements in their original role of being mounted in a 20P7 and a improvised wooden base was made to mount them in the field. A bakalite light switch has been added to the handle (by the Soldier's thumb) of the searchlight which controls the power from a battery.

There were 6 deployed in this way at the following locations on Guernsey;

Wn. Nordmole.
Wn. Richardseck.
Stp. Rotenstein.
Stp. Reichenburg.
Wn. Graur Turm.
Wn. La Fosse

Photos R.L. Heaume collection.
