Bunker camouflaged as a bar in Jean-Baptiste Eyriès street in Le Havre in 1944.

I have in this street a M 168 (which is measured)
but the bunker above is another one

Dirk, how did you ever find so many bunkers in a time when internet did not exist or did not have so much data?

old IGN maps , archives like SHAT and SHM , help from friends (Le Havre i got a lot of help from Sebastien Haule )
and as i see it
the internet isn t a big help
the most is known and when something pops up internet don t give much answers
the most that i find usefull is these forums here

to come back to the bunker,look the ventilation front X 4 and the chimey,would not the Ewerk wiht generator ?

Quai d'Escale in 1945 on the right with one of the M176 casemates in the process of being destroyed.
