This picture is mismarked. This is one of two ex-Turkish 210 mm Krupp guns at Saloniki, Greece.

The best I can do is very sketchy. The guns were part of the Naval Fortress of "Megalon Embolon" which consisted of the 2-210 mm guns, ), 4 QF 76 mm guns, and 4 37 mm aa guns. The 210 mm were taken over during the first Balkan war when the area was captured by the Greek Army from the Ottoman empire.

One clarification, the name is a Greek Fortress name from WWII not a Ottoman name.

This is Bt Arros/Soulac sur mer.
I have several sources stating different things. What's the correct one? Or is it all the same with different names. :D

16,47 cm Mle 1887
16.4cm SKL/45 (f)
16.47cm KM/87 (f)
16.4cm K.M. (f)

Yes, I think so . Document is from 1940 . In 1942/43 the K.M. was used .
I would go for the 16.4 cm K.M. 87/93 (f)
