Sturm is right. It is the installation called "crane". Two of them in working condition with guns are still preserved at Örö island, Finland.

Hi,
according to ebay it's Borkum. Then it must be Oldenburg or Coronell.

The shape of the gun with the counterweight looks like a 30,5 cm S.K.L/50, possibly in M. K. B. Friedrich August.
