I think it is MKB Kursaal in Oostende. You can check with photo of this forum page (viewtopic.php?t=127943) ; Look at the building in background right.

Thanks to both for your information, Sébastien and ludvig...

Here, another recent image from Ebay. I am not sure if an 38cm SK C34 gun turret of Todt batterie (as I think) or an 40.6cm gun turret of Lindemann batterie....Somebody ?

Hi,

I would think that the pictures on ebay are from "Lindemann".

Hans Sakkers & Marc Machielse in "Artillerieduel" shows a picture identified as this battery with the same white pattern on the side of the turret.

Thank you for your answer, Jens. However, I am still not sure.
This other photo from the same Ebay photo series shows the barrel tube and it looks like a 38cm SK C34 gun barrel to me..... :?

It's not a 38cm. Think it's a 40,6cm. It is asymmetrical in the recoil placement. The 38cm is symmetrical :)

I don't quite understand what is meant by the symmetry or asymmetry of the recoil... :?

What I mean is, that there is room for a small and a large recoil break on the bottom of a 40,6cm. Bottom is poiting towards the photographer. The 38cm has two equal sized recoils on the bottom :)
