Apparently. ;) The WW2 shell was s Gr Be, a 1020 kg concrete piercing shell with a base fuze, the only shell listed for German 42 cm guns then.

Yes, they did - munition (the sole s Gr Be) for the Gamma-Mrs and 42 cm H. (t) is covered by the same manual.

I don´t think so. The ammunition cart of the 42cm Skoda H (t) was of different design....

So I suppose that the germans developed this s Gr Be 1020kg concrete piercing shell in 1930s, is it not?

Whatever the construction of the cart was, ammunition used by these both guns during WW2 was the same. The manual on 42 cm munition from May 1940 states clearly:
Der Gamma-Moerser und die 42 cm Haubitze (t) verschiessen die gleichen Geschosse und Kartuschen.
(i.e.: The Gamma-Moerser and the 42 cm Haubitze (t) shoot with the same projectiles and cartridges.)

Yes, in the late 1930s probably. Production of the s Gr Be was apparently only beginning in early 1940, with just 15 projectiles delivered until March and 241 in April, while orders were placed for 2000 shells (per gun type?).
