It's easy to do it with "Paint"
Right click on your picture and "Open with Paint"
First, click on "Rotate" (1) :
Then, "Flip horizontal" (2).
Save it, it's done. (I hope translations are fine, I've got a french "Paint")

Which ones ?? I think the only italian 210mm field artillery piece in WWI was the Mortaio da 210/8 A/S....fert wrote

Italy had 210mm mortars and howitzers;

The "shell" has no driving bands, etc. When you take a close look at the second picture, you will see the remains of the tail section, so a heavy bomb instead.
