Is it German 1944/45 or Russian 1941 emplacement?
As per RH-12-20-47 and RH-12-20-40 Wehrmacht had only 13 pieces of that gun and all were sent to Olomouc.

That's right. This is the German 7,62 cm Pak K (r) emplacement in Olomouc.

I can confirm only three locations of 7.62 cm Festungs-Pak (r), all mentioned here:

a) open emplacement at the left flank of Fort XIII
b) concrete wall with armoured embrasure at the right flank of Fort XIII
c) concrete wall with armoured embrasure at the right flank of Fort XI

There is my map of german bunkers in Olomouc.

I have never seen any information about more locations.

(There are also four known locations of 4.5 cm Festungs-Pak (r) at Olomouc, two of them preserved with embrasures, but only one visible.)
