This bunker is a casemate for 4.7cm festungpak in Belgium.

There is the same one casemate on his back

I looking for other pictures showing both casemate on internet

Hi,
I think it is a shelter and observation-bunker on a german Truppenübungsplatz. There are still at least two very similar bunkers at Munster Süd. May be this one is also from there:

the bunker from #611 must be on the frisian island Borkum, because of the name of the photograf (seen on the flags).

and because of the so called "beach tents" (Strandzelte) which are only to find on Borkum. Since late 19th century they were used in "Seebad Borkum" and they are typical "Borkum-like" instead of "Strandkorb", which is to find on all other German North Sea Islands.
The old photo shows typical beach tents / Strandzelte.
