I am not so familiar with "fortification english" (even having been engineer for research and development)
I see that was wrong, thinking about Todt etc.

with construction (Konstruktion in German) I meant
- design
- specification what and how it has to be done
- and so on

all this can be found (as you know perfectly) at BAMA Findbücher and very detailed in the (classical) book
"Der deutsche Festungsbau 1900-1945 von der Memel zum Atlantik" by A.Molt, member of In 5(Fest) and In Lb west since 1930

It seems that all festungsmässigen series come from Wa Prüf 5/Fest, no matter the army prefix M, L, H, usw.

I don't believe that the 600 in feldm. are included in a series but I can be wrong and I admit that your option is possible. However I would be very surprised in this case, these bunkers seem me to be local design (on the bottom of the hierarchy) and Dorsch is in Berlin and in the OT-Zentrale on the top of the hierarchy, in addition he was not a festungpionnier.
I would think that if Dorsch was aware of such a serie it would have been designed by the top hierarchy level of Festunpionnier, no ? I have the feeling that relationships between OT and Fest.Pi. are not easy to understand.

I should be able to provide more information about this "behelfsmässige Bauweise" by the end of the next week.
