Re: what us the designation of this flak gun?
It's neither 3,7 cm Flak 18 nor 3,7 cm Flak 36.
3,7 cm Flak 18 had a completely different carriage and only ONE layer, sitting on the left hand side. This gun has TWO layers.
But this is an early 3,7 cm Rheinmetall gun (I don't know the actual designation), few examples of which were sold to the USSR in 1930. It was built under licence there in 1931-32 as the "37 mm automatic antiaircraft gun mod. 1930 (4K)"; some 30 Soviet examples were finished, none of them received by the army due to poor quality.

Re: what us the designation of this flak gun?
I posted more color pics in the other post.
What about German use of this weapon system? It doesn't appear to be in the same lines of the Wehrmacht 3,7cm Flaks with the gunner behind the cannon protected by at least some armor. This export model looks closer to the Bofors 40mm Pom-Pom guns, with the two layers up front, one laying elevation, the other traversing and firing, with no armor protection. Works well enough on ships where the weapon is usually mounted in the circular 'gun tubs'.
