I suppose that you mean to the 27 cm Küstenmörser 585(f), is it not ?
The 37cm Haubitze (Eisenbahn) 710(f) is a rail howitzer....

This is an interesting mixture of old "box" type coastal carriage and modern barrel fixed together. Could it be 15 cm K16 gun barrel? Also these soldiers uniforms indicated me to Belgium as a main 1ww reparations receiver?

Very interestin picture. It looks like Krupp carriage from 19th century in the original platform.
