Hi Dirk, it,s located atcrossing of the belvedereweg and hogeweg in the park opposite the large villa Sandhaghe. (Headquarters of the FdS)
This one was not measured, b.r.v. just copied the typenheft. one of the reasons were opening it saturday is because we want to measure it properly :D
But offcourse you are welcome to come and measure it. We will be there from 10.00, at 17.00 we start closing it again.
This particular one don't have the inside entrance to the tobruk. The one in Utrecht had the inside tobruk entrance..

Jos, on the typenheft drawing it looks indeed like the bunker exist of 2 parts.
The first part is the "machine part" with generator room and lufterroom.
Funny, few weeks back i wanted to start a topic about it  maybe also modulair with other marine types?

Does the one of erigne still exsist?

Indeed a nice bunker, well preserved.
Even the notes and pencil markings for mounting the various equipment on the wall where still there.
AND almost no grafiti and demolishment.

During the visit and the aftermath on the Dutch fortification forum nobody can answer the question why are there two niches in the wall behind the radiator ? (central heating)
They are exactly placed behind the radiator : one at the bottom, one at the top. There is no connection between the niches and/or to what so ever (no extra holes/openings leading to ..)
Thanks,

Wim

Hi kurt, for now there are no official plans with the bunker.
Atlantikwallmuseum Scheveningen has the wish to make a permanent acces hatch on the entrance so we can visit the bunker on special occasions. The bunker is declared a city monument in the ninetees.

Maybe the recesses are from the building fase to put wooden blocks in it to mount the radiators, and are replaced by the steel mounts that are in place? Some pictures would help!

Gr. Tim
Tim,

I don't think so. In the radio room the reccesses where between the two radiator positions. In the other rooms they where centered.
Also they are to big for just a wooden block to mount the radiators.

Here a picture:

I only know that the Central heating sysytem was not standard....
So that means we have to guess what type of radiator was in this bunker
