Hey Jos,
Once you talk about Belgium, you walk on my hunting grounds
and get my full interest.
Thank you for the pictures. There were no 10,5 cm (t) in Zeebrugge after 1942 so the only possibility is the HKB 3./769 that was briefly installed in Zeebrugge in 1941. I check my pictures and documents and it seems to match perfectly as this unit was fitted with 10,5 cm (t) and that the bunker behind the gun looks very similiar to the remaining wellblechs of this position (wellblech with tiles on the roof). This position was already abandonned in 1942 but has been maybe reoccupied later as a resistance report described some activities on this position in 1944 and gave the name of WN Hindenburg (but no German document to confirm that) . It's the first wartime picture I see of this position. Thank you again.
Greetings
Pierrot

Hi all,
Jopaerya, I've found more pictures of 10.5cm sK35t on Ebay. Apparently the photos are of the same series of Zeebrugge (Belgium) photos, that you posted on 13 Apr 2009 19:03
Regards Sturm78.

I have been researching a bit about this picture as i thought it to be from Denmark, and i was right - it is Aabenraa in south of Jutland on the 9. april 1940 - the day of the occupation of Denmark. The towed gun are on its way to Hanstholm to be installed as coastal gun in a fieldbattery on the 10 april 1940 Here a bit of history: The gun is as you know, a 10,5 cm K.35 (t) - Tcheck 10,5 cm. hruby kanon vz. 1935, Fabrikat Skoda .jopaerya wrote:Hello
