They are Brandt Mle 1927-31 (barrel markings) = Finnish 81 Krh/31, and Russian model 37 = Finnish 82 Krh/37B, acc. to Markku Palokangas: "ITSENÄISEN SUOMEN JALKAVÄEN RASKAAT ASEET JA RYHMÄASEET"

Well, It could be Holland, but I guess that could be also any other country....
