Its Admiral Schräder, thats for sure. Seen this picture before, and it said to be taken outside the U-Bunker Bruno.
Added a photo from today. Its only two possible places for that picture. The spot marked is very unlikely as there was a ramp going in and on top of the bunker when building it. Picture most likely taken in the closest marked area .
This was the part of the bunker first finished. LIving only a couple of hundres meters from Bruno i could go and see if the picture is taken outside Bruno.

Picture taken after autumn 1943. Noticed that i have mixed Makoto Onodera (Japanese Military Attaché to Sweden) with another japanese visitor(Abe ?). Pictures from the flakbattery at Blåmanen, 3 japanese visitors. Seems more like the officer in the picture posted by Jos, than Onodera at Fjell
Anyone recognize that/those japanes officers ? The japanese visitor in Jos picture is said to be admirał Hiroaki Abe. Could that be right ?

A other possibility is Vice Admiral Katsuo Abe who was Head Japanese Naval
Mission in Berlin 1941–45 but I can't find any picture of him .

The cupola is in the left corner of the bunker(red circle). Added a photo taken by "Interfest" of that cupola.
For those interested. The arrov in the middle of the roof is where the roof of the bunker is higher than the rest.
Its not a stronger part of the roof, its a shelter for the workers made of stealbeams covered with concrete.
The first flakpositions(red dots) for 2 cm Flak Vierling was on box 1(first box ready), then moved to box 2.(red circles)
Here a other photo , from what looks like the same Japanese naval officer in Norway ??
Same man :-) As for Admiral Abe i understand that there was several high ranking officers with the name Abe, and its easy to mix them up. I was refering to the text on picture that refered to Abe.
Your picture ? Old ebay ? From Oscarsborg or ?

Hi Stril

Thanks for the M19 info , yes the photo is from Ebay.de a old auction .
I think that it's Oscarsborg , because there was also one picture that
the group is walking on the remparts of the fort .

Hello, was the first photo taken in Bergen?
The site from where the photo originated (NAC) says the date is January 1944.
I think the officer far right on the photo could be Konteradmiral (Ing.) Alfred Schulze, who was at the time Arsenal-Commandant of the Kriegsmarine-Arsenal Bergen (01 Jul 1943-08 May 1945).
What do you think?
