Re: Madsen 20mm AA guns
Thanks a lot for the very interesting book!
I have just realized that there's a second Madsen 20mm in the military museum in Beijing which has an AT carriage. Here are photos that I took two years ago of the two guns(the smaller gun in front of the AT Madsen is a Japanese Type 96 AT rifle).

Finally found some other information about the carriage designation F5(from an American report on Madsen 20mm gun):

Re: Madsen 20mm AA guns
Compagnie Madsen published a series of booklets called Automatic Standard Arms of Modern Warfare written by Colonel Halvor Jessen of the Danish Army from 1925-1950.
According to issue IX Compagnie Madsen marketed four different types of mountings.
The Light Field Carriage. This is the primary AT mounting and it's intended to be used in the front firing line. It's also the mounting you see attached to motorcycle sidecars. Image
The Universal Mounting. There was two versions of this mounting, the M.33 and the M.38. Guns on these mountings were primarily intended for AA use. M.33 pic 2 M.38
The Tri-Axial mounting. This mounting was intended for ships and fixed defences. I've heard rumours of a twin version, but I've never seen any pictures or official sources to back it up. Image
The Mobile Anti-Aircraft Mounting. As the name suggest this was a dedicated AA mounting. An interesting thing to note is that it uses the aircraft version of the gun which had belt feed instead of the traditional drum magazine and which had twice the rate of fire. I suspect it was intended primarily for motorised formations unlike the Field and Universal Mountings which were intended for Infantry formations.
Like I said these are the mountings marketed by Compagnie Madsen and is by no means a complete list of all the mountings used.
The Danish Navy for example had a twin mount very similar to the Mobile Anti-Aircraft Mount that they used on their torpedo boats. The book Dansk Søartilleri 1860-2004 mentions that Compagnie Madsen designed a mount for the same competition and I believe this mounting was what later became the Mobile AA Mount.
