Probably, 105 mm./45 guns intended for Belgian sloop Artevelde (future German Lorelei/K-4).

Best regards, Aleks

hello Roland1389,
Concerning photo from 20. Jan 2013 is not the Norwegian 75 mm L 45 M 1916
AA Gun . Norwegian navy prefer the 76 mm types .

Hello Sturm78,
Concerning the photo from 20 Jan 2013 23:34 :
It could be two 12 cm Kanon L/44 Nordenfelt ( Cockerill )
1) Norway ordered four twin mounts for 12 cm kanon L/44 Nordenfelt
from Cockerill in 1897 for rearming four old monitors Skorpinonen ,
Mjolner , Trudvang and Thor .
2) When scrapping two monitors four new single naval mounts were manufactured
for gun boats / minelayers 1911 - 1913
3)When scrapping the two remaining monitors in 1917 , four single coastal mounts
were ordered and placed in the tunnel battery at Bolaerne Fort , Oslofjord defences
4) German use :
* MKB 4/503 Egersund with 2 x 12 cm L /44 Nordenfelt before rearming to 12,7 cm
SKC/34 in 1943
* MKB 3/512 Lyngen received the four guns from Bolaerne Fort . Later the guns
were changed the four single 15 cm SKC/28 .

The strange undercarriage is due to placement of new 12 cm twin mount at the roof
of the old RML turret .

Fascinating, Cockerill did other Nordenfeldt guns for Norway too...
Like AVV I always thought these were the Artevelde guns, but on the other hand I think Artevelde was later armed with german guns in Holland druing the war?

Here a link:
http://www.network54.com/Forum/330333/t ... C5cm+guns-
The irony is that Norway bought Cockerill-Nordenfeldt 75mm, 10,5cm naval and 10,5cm land guns as one of the few buyers and then on top of that the Germans sent the bulk of captured Cockerill 12cm guns from Belgium during WW2...

Thanks Ludvig

Seem the lifting device on the first picture was used in the Westwall to place or replace the guns .
As you can see the same device on this Ebay picture with also the "Culemeyer"transport .
