Id. naval guns
Re: Id. naval guns
Sturm78,
It looks like a 8,8 cm Tbts.K.L/45 in 8,8 cm Tbts.L.C/1913 based on the discussions in April 24, 2013 that ... you started on this same thread:

Re: Id. naval guns
8.8cm Tbts.K.L/45 in 8,8 cm Tbts.L.C/1913 gun had not version for submarine, but ...
equipped an unknown number of german submarines in WWI.
Please consult video archive of Kaiserliche Marine from WWI and you will saw what I tell.
The same thinks happened with 10,5 cm Tbts.K.L/45 in 10,5 cm Tbts.L.C1915 in Kaiserliche Marine ...

Similar guns are preserved on Trekroner fort, also emplacements with front paraphet looks similar.tristan-gereon wrote:Hi,
what is this and where it is. It is a Dia from Ebay with the text "Sicherung der dänischen Küste". But it is really Denmark ? Maybe Masnedoefort ?

Re: Id. naval guns
My best guess is a "88 MM Tbts. K. L45 in 88 MM Tbts. L C1913".

Sturm78, re your Jun 5, 2016 pictures:
I believe the first one is an Italian 120mm/45 OTO 1931 on a Calvi class submarine.
The second is the aft 152.4mm/53 OTO 1929 twin turrets on an Attendolo or Duca D'Aosta light crusier. The mine rails are interesting as well as the depth charge thrower. First I've seen info of Italian crusiers with depth charges.
