I am not 100% sure bit I would say 28cm gun of Grosser Kurfurst.

On the other hand, Can any one identify the exact model of this twin italian 120mm naval gun ?

Hi Emmanuel,
probably yes, I found it with caption "Eylau" what made me confused, because I colligated it with city in East Prussia (Deutsch Eylau - now Iława, PL).
