Here is a picture (from ebay.fr) of a dummy coastal battery simulating what looks to me like 15 cm SK L/45 guns. According to the ebay caption, the picture had been taken in Upper Normandy, i.e. between Le Havre and Le Tréport.

Any records of dummy bombs being dropped on it?

Two more fake guns, one with real horses.
I think the German called a dummy gun "Geschutzattrape":

Here is an interesting and quite elaborate dummy railway gun (from ebay.de). The caption in the back of the picture reads "Theo Scheingeschütz" i.e. "Theo Dummy Gun" (or something close).

Jos,
The space visible below between the bottom of the bunker and the uneven ground tends to indicate a fake bunker indeed.
