It is on the freeway near Montelimar in August 1944.

Bigger size and better colors:

Does anyone know when units started taking delivery of 10.5cm leFH-18/40's? Summer of 1943?

Hello.
A very interesting artillery piece! It can't be a modification of M-30 M1938 because the carriage has absolutely nothing in common with it (e. g. the trals are much thinner). Compare the second photo with http://waralbum.ru/112833.
P.S.
May we ask some of forum members from Normandy to take some close-up pictures and look for the markings?
P.P.S.
Found several pictures on Flickr (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8) and a hi-res view from the front-right:

At last I found a photo when I could read the markings, it's a Obús campaña 105/26, modelo Naval-Reinosa 1943 probably modernized in 1948.
With best regards, Ilya.

Can anyone help me out with some data on these howitzers? What I am trying to find out is the Barrel Length and overall length (from tip of barrel to end of trail) of the weapons below;

10.5cm leFH 18
10.5cm leFH 18M
10.5cm leFH 18/40

All three may have different stats, can anyone aid me with a link or even the stats?

Thank you.
Yan.
