No, it is a 76/40 - 7,62 cm Flak 266/1 for the Germans. The upper recoil tubes are further to the rear on the 76/45.

The link to the Australian War Memorial website gives the location, Tobruk, and the date, January 23rd, 1941:
"1941-01-23. TOBRUK - AN ITALIAN NAVAL GUN COMPLETE WITH GUNNER, SUFFERED ANOTHER DIRECT HIT FROM OUR ARTILLERY WHO ARE HAVING PLENTY OF PRACTICE."

According to this webpage https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/203/50_Mod._1924 the battery Luigi Savoia, Augusta used a twin naval turret ....

It is incorrect. It were single guns in 2 non naval turrets.

Pictures of same instalation here or in page 13 of this topic.
