Not photos of the guns I'm afraid but a Luftwaffe Soldbuch to an Obergefreiter who served on such weapons with s.Flak.Abt 535(Eisb)...

That's very interesting photo-thanks for sharing Jos.
Below other example of different kind of Flak wagons protection walls: they were surrounded by splinter proof earth wall.
In the background on the left side is placed small barrack for gun crew (it's placed in typical way for Flak batteries: it's lowered that upper side of the roof is on earth level).

With the big Luftwaffe Railway Flak cars mounting the 8.8cm, 10.5cm and 12.8cm Flaks, does anybody know if the railway wagons themselves were painted any particular colour, or were they just left in the DR Red-brown and Black?

I have a couple of models to paint and it is hard to tell from the Black and White photos.

Proably yes (Stopmunde it`s today city Ustka in Poland, navy school), other answer is artillery school in Midroy (today Miedzyzdroje in Poland) :thumbsup:
