Well I am NOT 100% sure, but to me it seems close to the weapon
at the following site. (Could be totally wrong)

From the for what it's worth files

Hello

Bill 13 is right , the gun is a 8.8 cm S.K.L/45 in M.P.L. C/1913 and not a C/30 as you can read on this older Topic .

Hi all,

An image from Ebay. Does somebody know the german designation of this AA rail wagon?

In the book "German 20mm Flak in WWII" there are two names (in english) for these converted standard freight cars:
Gun Car I (E) Light Flak and Gun Car II (E) Light Flak

Hello,

here is a little explanation between two types of railcars:
Gun Car I (E) Light Flak (it used German so called Rs-Wagen but also French and Russian light railcars)

Gun Car II (E) Light Flak (it used German so called R-Wagen)-it had lowered side walls and bigger living part of wagon. In general i think GII was later and the conversion from typical Guterwagen into Flak wagon was more proffesional.
Worth of note is that there were also untypical wagons which were improvised but it's another story.
