Looks that V2 rocket were oversized so they coupled 2 wagons with help of 3rd one to keep the proper distance.
Warheads were trasported separately.
Yes, it was a standard procedure for railway transport of V 2 rockets, set of three carriages with two rockets - two carriages with rockets (noses pointing towards each other, warheads not mounted) were separated by another carriage carrying both warheads in their transport containers (so-called Elefants).
