Do any plans or drawings exist of the modifying of railwagens and what types used?
any plans of dimensions of the concrete turrets used on wagens?

These were special carriages, referred to as Geschützwagen, at least four standard types for one Flak gun existed, Geschützwagen I (Eisb.) leichte Flak for 2 cm and 3,7 cm guns and Geschützwagen II, III and IV (Eisb.) schwere Flak for 8,8 cm, 10,5 cm and 12,8 cm guns. There were also carriages with two 8,8 cm Flak L/56 guns, either original captured Soviet carriages, either their German copies.
As far as the concrete turrets are concerned, please look at the page 7 of this very thread. ;)
