I think it is a 7,7 cm Rheinmetall BAK L/27 M.1914 with a special shield.

The ends of the recoil tubes underneath and above the barrel seem to match. Compare with the guns in the pictures here for example:

The railway wagon is German with original signs and as you stated the recoil

Hi Sturm.
Sorry, but thats not correct.
It shows some SSyl 19. Produced 1941--
The germans captured more than 800 of this heavy weight wagons. DR numbers SSyl Köln 55 001 bis 55 800
Many of them were modifited for the German Eisenbahnflak.
Special Flak wagons with two 8,8cm Flak 36/37 and armored places for ammunition in the middle
Page 3 of this thread shows more pics.

Thanks for your correction, Alf.
Captured Soviet railcars modified by the germans with captured Soviet AA guns, therefore.

Not with captured Soviet AA guns. Only with german 8,8cm AA guns
The germans try to use there own weapons always.
Foreign weapons came with lots of problems. ( Replacements and ammunition production )

They are Soviet AA guns, two ribs on the forward cradle support. The 88 only has one. It is hard to tell if they are 76.2mm or 85mm guns as the indentifying features between them cannot be seen in a small photo. See
http://scalerail.phpbbhosts.co.uk/viewt ... =36&t=1073 The Germans not only used Soviet AA guns but when the barrels wore and the ammunition stocks fell low they relined the barrels to fire their own 8.8cm shells. New fuze setter and elevation and traverse sighting dials were fitted as well.

But it is still a captured Soviet AA train. It's equipped with Soviet guns (76.2 mm mod. 1931), Soviet rangefinder as well as Soviet fire director. Even Maxim machine guns can be seen in gun ports as well as quad AA Maxim in the middle of the gun carriage.
Such AA trains were being built in the USSR around 1940 - for example Soviet 18th AA regiment had 10 gun carriages as well as 5 fire director carriages.

Here are low-res scans of a US Army technical intelligence report concerning reinforced concrete turrets mounted on railroad Flak cars. The document is on file at NARA.

Interesting ! Thank you MLW.
It looks like the Germans used concrete as much as possible on their weaponized trains:

Preserved German concrete "turrets", which were found 7 years ago. Today they are stored at the depository of Military museum Králíky (Czech republic). They plan to install them to any old flat wagons. The concrete looks well made - in good condition after 67 years in the open air.
