Those wellblech-elements have been used in numerous ways in Norway - here some examples from HKB 35./973 Saltvikneset south of Narvik.
It's been four years since I was there, but if I remember correctly, the tunnel is leading into the commandbunker.

At Bakałarzewo in the (Masurische) Grenzstellung there's a small observation bunker with a tunnel leading to it made from Heinrich Rahmen.

From the basement of the Leitstand of HKB 23/975 here in Norway, there is a tunnel made of Heinrich rahmen wich leads to a close defence position. The tunnel is twise as long as in the Picture. A post war modification from the fire Department has shortened the use of the Rahmen.
