Afternoon Dirk, Jos, TH and other Tobruk nerds :D

I have done some further research regarding this special T-shaped Tobruk attached to the 668
Actually I have found this type attached to 666, 668 (Kleinstunterständen in general), 671 and 681, so maybe it relates to the late Regelbau numbering of the 600-series? Just a thought!
Anyone seen it on other types?
And I have to agree with TH. Many of the 668 here in DK have Sprachrohr connection to the Tobruk

Perhaps not what your looking for, but if you look at one of the photo at the page linked below its
a 655 with a ringstand on the side.

thanks strill but is it the same as a Tobruk on a 668 ? it has a T form in the interior
Does this 655 with Tobruk has it or is it a normal Tobruk later built by the 655 ?
Thanks anyway
PS we found a lot of these 668 Tobruks on 612 and others but only in the Netherlands
But we are working on this
Its a lot of work on the Tobruks

The constellation looks very interesting indeed. Do you have any close-ups of the Tobruk

Added some pictures of another one. Looking at the pictures of the entrance, it seems to be T-shaped.

Hi Stril

It actually looks like it could be a T-shaped Tobruk. Even though… It seems like an interesting site. Have to go there next time I’m in the area.
And Kurt if you have any additional close ups, we would love to see them. :D

Here a very nice example of the 675 in Holland with extra two watertanks
and beside the entrance on the outside a recess to fill jerrycans .

dirk Peeters wrote:another thing about these small bunkers
when a Tobruk is installed its always the same thing you see on the plans above
No other 600 serie has a Tobruk of that type and no other construction has that tobruk type
Quite rare that a 668 has its own type of Tobruk....

On Jersey at least 1 Jäger Type casemate for a 10.5cm K331(f) has the 'T' shaped Tobruk 8O

Hello,

It's a nice finding. Is there a date on your document ? It would allow to estimate the lifetime of the 9-soldiers version.

Hello

@ Arthur , the date of the document is 10-03-1944 but the decision was made earlier.
