Sadly not that close.
This is a 2 cm Flakvierling 38 with the Flakvisier 40, sadly the control box is missing: http://www.flickr.com/photos/massimofot ... otostream/

What was the German view on the Flak 36/37 vs the Flak 43?

Looks like the 43 is a much superior weapon and cheaper?
