Thanks for the information , no publication of the manuscript ???

Maybe this first photo is from the same file as the photo from the 7.5 cm Flak Schneider 38 with Dutch troops ??

When I saw the „Luchtdoelartillerie“ article, my first reaction was:
„Not again – another wrong illustation for Dutch 75mm Skoda AA gun ?!“ 8O
(As said, Schneider model was „a guilty one“ in previous cases.)

Hi Jos

Is the Bofors in the photo a Finnish 7.62 cm version? I ask this because the troops do not look Hungarian (or German).

Thank you for your answer, SASH155.

I have some doubts about this gun. I think a Bofors AA gun.
Can somebody identify the exact model of the gun?
Any idea about the country of the soldiers of this image? :?

Hello,

this should be a Hungarian (80 mm) 29M Bofors in tow.
The soldiers carry Mannlicher rifles and Hungarian helmets and the truck next to them is also looking very "Hungarian".

The picture with the naval Bofors is a forward EDIT: sternward gun turret of a Hungarian riverine patrol boat.

Maybe the one named Győr, as this had both of it's turrets rearmed with the long barrelled 80 mm Bofors gun.

yours
