This weekend we where in Belgium and by accident, road works, detour, I spotted this beast. Due to the road works I could make some fast pictures out of the car window ;-)
Is it what I think it is ? And if so where these left at railroad yards like that after the war ?
My backyard is big but a crane is to much for the neighbours I guess So if some one wants a "museum" crane, pm me for the location.

looks like an authentic one for me! never been searching for them, i need to keep my eye's open next time i'm in the old harbor area of antwerp, perhaps there are some?

Nice find, I think the same kind of legs can be seen on cranes on page 1 and 3 of this thread.

Interesting found. It looks like that "ARDELT" crane (with longer bridge and without the mechanism at the right side).

I am in contact with Ardelt but they can only help when I produce a crane numer or type numer.
Does anyone have such a numer of an identical crane ?
I do not have it of this crane.
