measuring table artillery ??

hello all,
dirk with me and friend some weeks ago we opened several bunker to measure them and be on type ST. out inside a bunker we find a large part of stell that seems to be in the center are a compass.
my quistion ?!
es is that this piece would be a measuring table for artillery ??

Could be a artillery plotting table , could you tell us in what for type bunker you found it .

It definitely looks like a German Langbasisgerät. It might be an old Marine-Küsten-Artilleri L.B.G., og more probable a HKA LBG M42H or MKA M42M. See attached sketch.

This week end this table is rescued by Dieppe Archeo and Belfra Team (museum SK1)
with other great discoveries
Etienne will post pictures later
Mine aren t classified yet....
