A model "bunker 1" at Stp. Duinbergen, must be taken in the early years
of the war because it's missing the extra building in the back . ( Ebay )

Hello Jos,

The picture is labelled Inf Reg 735 from the 715 I.D. The 715 I.D has been created only on 8th of May 1941 and was reported in position in S-W France (Gironde-Bayonne area) around Fall 1941. So I guess the picture has been taken around Summer 1941.

In the summer 1941, only the HQ of the EEA676 was in position in Duinbergen, the HQ of the HKAA823 came later and used most probably the HKB leitstand type 2 built next to the this type 1

Some help wanted
anyone knows where this Leitstand was located ?
i always presume it was the Camping Cosmos leitstand
But i was in this batterie this weekend for the opening next week on bunkerdag in belgium
we remeasured this beautiful obs bunker
and although a bit transferred on the rear plan by the camping times
plans are coming this morning

so where is the location of the belgian plkan of the bunker above in Middelkerke
whisch has some pecularities like a emergency exit >>>>

what could be the function of this obs bunker in this old batterie
He could not see the sea , the dunes are higher
the only thing you van really see is your own batterie ? so maybe for the batterie chef to look at his guns ?
and no rearview at all

did you notice the datemark and the remains of the camouflagepaint inside the bunker??
