I am not sure but they had the habit of adapting different guns to the same ammo.

It would make more sense indeed to have a single type of 75 mm AA ammunition..

Here a Belgian 7.5 cm gun as Flak and close defense gun in the M.K.B. Westkappele ,
according to the Nationaal Archief photo caption German dead soldiers were diged-up
to be re-buried .

75x543 is the correct measurement
