Hi Kurt, probably like a wooden box, 20 cm high, 30 wide and 30 of 40 long..
Ik was Hoping maybe in Norway there would be examples Left?

At Flugplatz Haamstede we found one or more Tobruks with bricked pedestals in the middle.
Not movable but these have the same use.

Hi all,

From the Tobruk of a Type 633 in Norway.

Apart from the home made MG mount there is also the remains of a wooden floor or platform to give the gunner extra height.

I've found several made from bricks and concrete.

Found this combo inside a Ringstand. On top is a concrete stone as used for field fortifications, but does anyone recognize the metal thing? Looks like part of something else (oven???).

mentions a 30x30 cm wooden box
20 cm in height.
